Stormy Stormy night

Here comes the storm!
the beautiful sunny 28degree Melbourne Day has gone, and the storm we were promised at 5pm, has finaly arrived 2 hours and forty mins later!
Well Joel is still away, 3 week stint, is not very dun but it means he will be home for my birthday And Christmas! which is BRILLIANT.

I cant wait to see my man.
ohhh Thunder and lightning Very very exciting!
(and maybe a little scary) hope the power doesn't go out...
Anyway
On to my News!
We have almost set a Wedding Date!
March 2013
However
This means no Peony's :( and maybe no Hydrangeas :(
OK so lets google some of the below and see what they look like an cross out the ones that are...
Are not right?

So Alstromeria, Amaranthus, Hippeastrum,
Antherium, these are wired plastic red things
Asiatic Lillies, Asters, Bamboo, Banksia, Copper Beech, Green Beech, Beehive Ginger, Bird of Paradise, Bouvardia, Calla Lillies pretty sure these are the flower of death?!
In fact lets just cross out all lillies
Christmas Lillies, Gloriosa Lillies Oriental Lillies,Asiatic Lillies
Celosia, Chinese Lantern,  Chrysanthenum, Clethra, Cornflower, Cosmos,
Cows Udders What Google these that seriously look like little cow udders!
Crab Claws, Dahlia, Daisy, Delphinium, Dodda Vine, Easter Daisy, Figs, Frangipani, Freesias, Roses, Gardenia, Gerberas, Ginger Flowers, Gladioli, , Heliconia, Hyacinths, Hydrangea?, Hypericum Berry, Iris, Molluca Balm, Larkspur, Lavender, Magnolia Foilage, ,  Lissianthus, Lotus Pods, Nerines, Phaelonopsis Orchids, Singapore Orchids, Protea, Queen Fabioli, Roses, Scabiosa, Snapdragons, Stephanotis, Tuberose, Tulips
So this is what ive got left!
Hydreangea

Delphinium

 hyacinth and tulip bouquet
Asters

So feel better now I have some pretty options, but really allot of very architectural flowers that don't really fit in with the "vintage theme wedding"
let me know what ones you like!  I like the last ones but wanted Ivory and a soft blue...
Back to the drawing board I think.
Plenty of time yet.
Lots of Love
Your little sister.

Dresses and A quiet weekend

Well of to Bendigo we go, for some bazar reason, Bendigo had an Amazing Exhibition, and not Melbourne, this has happened before. And now that I've been to the Bendigo Gallery, yes it does have a great set up but surely Melbourne could equal this?
Or does Bendigo just know the right people...

Amazing Vintage bead work & Amazing modern bead work J'aton and soo great to see newer labels like "Romance was Born" and did i mention Some Amazing Beading!
There were some great necklines and beautiful styles got a little inspiration!

Getting excited about trying on wedding dresses now, saw a sketch the other day for something that has never been made, love the look of it, maybe in a Lace! But need to have a chat to our designer after Christmas, if I can wait that long.
Any who, Spent most of the week at home, in bed, by myself, dosed up on cold and flu tablets!
I have never spent so much time in bed it was almost relaxing, if it weren't for the vomiting, the head and earaches. Oh side note: Sabrina the Teenage witch In Uni is on far to often.
And on the weekend... I did spring cleaning!
Image 1 of ASOS Belted Dress in Carousel Horse Print
Cleaned out the old clothes to make way for NEW Clothes!
Oh and picked out my Dress for the races and perhaps my birthday at Myers Christmas Polo at Werribee Mansion!

It has Horses on it! Really looking forward to getting forward, wait I have not told you! I've brought a hat block! going to make my own hat for the races, well it arrives in time. And thinking of making a little collection for a shop in Warrnambool. Not sure what shop yet, gunna try it out first and see what I can come up with and see if I'm any good at it. I did go a little nuts on Ebay while being sick, brought some feathers and found a great UK shop that sells Millinery products so I've ordered a few things! Hehe,  Well thats pretty much the fortnights round up. Joel is back Tomorrow, not till late, but still will be my last night alone for a bit. Oh an I'm on holidays next week so hopeful heaps more excitement next post! Lot of Love xxx

Felecitys Poems
a Regular event at dunkeld now, this year joel and I were treated to something special,...
a wedding of sorts:
The bride wore a woollen coat, a gem stone tiara and veil and several layers, as did the brides maid, and they both wore Uggs.
The Groom, sported a plastic top hat and  clip on tie, The best man kept his tie on all night and we danced to "working class man"
Needless to say the Bridesmaid complain about the flowers and the grooms men and well every one drank  danced and sang well into the morning.
It was not quite the "Magical wedding" I had in mind...

Anyway soo now im home alone again,
Had dinner with Kelly at Mi Carzone on Tuesday, and been getting back in to the gym, but today is cleaning day before heading of to bendigo tomorrow to see the "white dress" exhibition for some inspiration!
